I have lost count of the number of times I’m asked: “What exactly is a Spiritual Life Coach?”

Perhaps it’s because I am so immersed in the field that I take it for granted that everyone would know what it is.  Not only that, but also know the significance of a Spiritual Life Coach or Spiritual Coach in your life.

Apart from the benefits of explaining it for my business as a Spiritual Life Coach, Speaker, Author and Teacher, I thought I’d write this blog to help anyone who is in need of a Spiritual Life Coach and looking for answers to help them make a decision. So, without further ado, let’s look at what a Spiritual Life Coach is and whether you need one.
