It’s important that you are comfortable and able to relax. The room temperature is therefore whatever makes you feel at ease. There should be no irritations during meditation and this relates to it being too cold or too warm.
I sometimes use a soft blanket when I’m meditating, as this makes me feel cosy and contented.
At the end of the day, it’s whatever works for you.
