Without any hesitation, it’s meditation. Meditation prepares you from the inside out for spiritual therapy and enhances your physical, spiritual and mental well being.
There are many meditation techniques, but I always recommend guided meditation, especially for beginners using the simplest method:
– Find a quiet space and spend up to 15 minutes listening to the guided meditation. This could be done on the sofa, bed or ground. Whatever is comfortable. For most beginners, concentrating will be difficult to start with. So aim to spend 2–3 mins initially meditating and gradually increase this every day. Thoughts will come and go during meditation. When they come, allow them to pass and then focus back on the guided meditation. This is normal.
The results will not be noticeable directly after meditation. You will begin to notice as the days pass, that your overall sense of well-being increases and that you have far more clarity. You’ll find yourself with more energy and feel physically fitter and vibrant.
