Definitely. I began with a simple guided meditation that told me when to breath in and out. It was specifically timed and helped me to focus on my breathing. It was very good and I would highly recommend it. It’s by Abraham Hicks and you can find it on YouTube.
I confess that I still use it regularly and haven’t progressed onto non-guided meditation (apart from silent meditation) and it works well for me.
