There are 2 things that are extremely important when you want to get rid of the old hag. The first thing is to try and reduce your level of fear, both during the experience and during the daytime when you may anticipate the experience. Fear and anxiety plays a large roll and you need to reduce it. Say affirmations, relax more and do what works for you so that you are not afraid. It cannot hurt you, unless you allow it have control over your emotional state.
The other thing is to get angry when it appears. Be assertive and take control of the episode. You’d be surprised how much power you have and they cower at power and they become afraid. Give yourself permission to tell them that you don’t want them in your space. You can control what is taking place and you do not have to be passive or submissive.
The experience can change and you can stop them from invading your private space.
