How do I discuss my visual sleep paralysis with my family who previously didn’t believe me? Is it worth trying? It happened tonight way worse than usual and I’m scared.

The first thing is that it is important that you share your experience with someone or find a forum where you can get support. You no longer need to have these experiences alone and many online groups offer support. It can be extremely stressful, isolating, and frightening to go through it alone without a network that understands what you are going through. Redditt, Facebook, and of course, my own community can offer support.
