Quora Question Answered – How come I have sleep paralysis so much to the point where it doesn’t phase me anymore?

Sleep paralysis has become normalized and incorporated as a normal experience due to the frequency of your episodes. You have psychologically become used to the episodes and now they are part of your everyday sociological experience. You have become immune so to speak.

I have a Substack post where I write about sleep paralysis. You’re welcome to join the community here

Join Sleep Paralysis Explored, a membership site which is focused on sleep paralysis and the phenomena that comes with it such as astral projection, lucid dreaming, psychic abilities, and more. Details can be found HERE.
