The sleep paralysis experience is what it is. It’s a fear-based construct that is designed to create panic, anxiety, terror and other low vibrating emotions. It has been specifically designed to do this. For someone to get used to or comfortable with sleep paralysis would mean that they are comfortable functioning at low vibrational frequencies, not just when they sleep, but also during their day to day life.
I guess that for some persons, they have become accustomed to functioning at the lower levels. Whilst they may not be used to sleep paralysis, they are used to having negative experiences. They do not allow themselves to have higher expectations.
But one can never be used to terror and fear, especially when they are most vulnerable. The experience is never a positive one. The irony is that once you become used to the terror and expect it in a positive way, the experience shifts. You no longer experience sleep paralysis per se. You allow yourself to move past it and once you do, the pleasures are immense.
Being comfortable with the terror of sleep paralysis locks you in that place. You expect the terror and therefore that is what you get. As stated earlier this is the emotion that it is designed to evoke and you become a perpetual victim, without realising that you have the key to releasing yourself, by changing your mindset and perception of the experience.
