Have you ever had an experience with “Shadow People?” What do you believe they are, exactly?

I really like your question. I don’t have the answer for you, but my research shows that these ‘shadow people’ are common and thousands of people have seen them whilst they are sleeping and experiencing sleep paralysis. Academically, there is a connection between them and sleep paralysis in terms of being some type of extraterrestrial, but that is yet to be proven.

The appearance is always the same. They are either shadow or smoke (with the smoke materialising into an entity). I hope that there will be more research into this type of phenomenon as I’d like an answer too.
